$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction process.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to develop essential real estate skills.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Support the team in preparing and presenting property listings to potential buyers.
• Contribute to the successful closing of transactions by ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust and long-term relationships in the community.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting experienced agents and learning from their expertise.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and being proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Willingness to participate in hands-on training sessions to develop essential real estate skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to support transaction processes.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in the Newark-Union area is a plus, but not required.
