Workday HCM Consultant

Workday Hcm Consultant
Location: Chandler, AZ / Minneapolis, MN / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Consultant Type: W2 only This position will be on the Absence Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Absence in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Workday modules (Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, etc.)
- Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
- Prior Workday certification
- Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
