iSuite Marketing Intern 1616 Cleveland Blvd, Granite City, IL 62040 Granite City, IL 62040 Salary: 21.00 USD / HOUR iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified Marketing Intern or Co-Op to join our Marketing team at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This shared-services company supports the IMI business units (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls, and iSuite) and provides a uniform, employee-based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. This mentality aligns with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern or Co-Op to support our marketing team in assisting our four IMI Companies (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls and iSuite). Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, enjoys new challenges each day, and can communicate our values, projects, and company culture in an authentic and impactful way. Primary responsibilities for icon’s Marketing Intern or Co-Op include: Supporting the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, events, and web) Supporting activities relating to internal online store and merchandise management Preparing promotional presentations Acquiring photo and video footage from project sites and prefabrication facilities Supporting the brand management and content Helping organize marketing events Performing other duties as assigned Primary qualifications for icon’s Marketing Intern or Co-Op include: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field Currently a sophomore or junior in college Self-motivated with excellent time and communication skills (oral and written) Possessing a strong desire to learn along with professional drive Working knowledge of different marketing techniques Working knowledge of MS Office Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords) Possessing a passion for the construction industry and its best practices Demonstrates confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know Working Schedule & Compensation Compensation : $21/hour Working Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs/week) with a flexible start and end date.
