iSuite Human Resources Intern 1616 Cleveland Blvd, Granite City, IL 62040 Salary: 21.00 USD / HOUR iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Human Resources team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This shared‑services company supports the IMI business units (icon Mechanical, iENG Design, eagle Controls, and iSuite) and provides a uniform, employee‑based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for an Undergraduate student to join our team as a Human Resources Intern located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL for the upcoming Summer of 2026. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is personable, organized, has strong communication skills and high energy with a passion for helping others. We are looking for an individual to provide valuable support in the day‑to‑day HR activities while being mindful of the well‑being of all current employees and candidates. Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Human Resources Intern include: Working closely with HR staff to post and update job descriptions and candidate profiles based on current hiring needs. Serving as a company advocate and the main point of contact for all candidates. Fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Providing candidates with a job overview, confirming interview times with candidates, hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Sourcing potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, social media platforms, and in person events, and external recruiters (as needed). Maintaining record of all candidates and providing regular status updates to Hiring Managers, Company Leadership, and the HR Manager. Participating and assisting in career days as well as company social and networking events. Providing support to the HR team when onboarding new employees. Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Human Resources Intern include: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Currently a sophomore/junior standing in a 4‑year program. Possessing exceptional communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Overall strong computer skills. Performing efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Possesses a strong personal commitment for long‑term and meaningful goals. Self‑motivated with excellent time and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information. The ability to multi‑task with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrates confidence in their working knowledge and is committed to researching/asking for the answers to find the right solutions for things they do not know yet.
