As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized services to our clients. About the Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families to implement behavioral therapies and interventions. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting behavioral assessments and developing personalized treatment plans Implementing behavioral interventions and teaching skills to children Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans Collaborating with licensed therapists and other team members to ensure comprehensive care Providing support to clients and their families in the home and community settings Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have completed the required 40-hour training program for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Must have a valid RBT certification Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Why Join Our Team: As a part-time Registered Behavior Technician RBT with Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
