Role Summary:
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Outpost Gate Automation™ technology. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on complex software and hardware solutions for industrial and logistics environments. You will be the front-line representative of our brand, building relationships with decision-makers and navigating extended sales cycles with diligence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline.
Represent Outpost at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Travel to customer sites to conduct on-site assessments and relationship-building meetings.
Deliver tailored live demonstrations of our Outpost Gate Automation™ platform, including both software and hardware components.
Create proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client objectives and value.
Own the opportunity lifecycle within our CRM, from qualification to contract execution.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations to scope and deliver solutions.
Meet or exceed defined sales goals, activity metrics, and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
SaaS sales experience of 5 years
5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in enterprise software, industrial automation, or access control
A proven track record of closing six-figure deals with complex stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven pipeline management. HubSpot a plus

Base salary range: $100,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes a strong commission upside; a complete compensation and benefits summary will be provided during the interview process.
