This includes detailed analysis of actual spend vs. Budget, prior year and previous forecast submissions. Regular forecast and risk/opportunity updates in support of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Act as the voice of Global ISC Finance on the o9Financial System Core Team. Supervise the Annual Budgeting by cost center and drive the Global ISC forecasting process and Budget in o9 Financial System ensuring full ISC P&L Tie out. G&A Facilities, IT and GSO business partnering plus Budget and Forecasting ownership. This includes functional deep-dives, cost reduction/efficiency support and detailed reporting. Incurred Cost, P&L, Working Capital and Key Metric standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis for ISC Function. Working Capital support, including Accounts Payable Reporting/Forecasting and Inventory analysis. Business partnering with ISC functional leaders to develop forward-looking forecasts, connecting the impact to broader ISC performance and influences. Capital Expenditure Process (CapEx) Support and Analysis of Construction in Process (CIP). Support the Global Finance Team with PPV and Standard Costing functional analysis, as needed. Provide financial guidance to P&S Leadership through financial metrics, capital investment, economic analysis, productivity analysis and manufacturing cost analysis. Drive continuous improvement in financial tools, reporting and processes. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for P&S Executives.
