Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator campaign strategy and execution for our growing portfolio of brand clients. You will own the end-to-end influencer marketing process — from creator discovery and outreach to campaign execution and performance reporting. What You Will Do Lead influencer campaign strategy for 10+ brand clients simultaneously Manage creator discovery, outreach, negotiation, and contracting Brief creators and manage content approval workflows Track campaign performance and deliver detailed client reports Build and maintain relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and creator economy news Collaborate with the paid media team to amplify influencer content What We Are Looking For 3+ years of influencer marketing experience at an agency or brand Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment Nice to Have Experience with AI-powered creator discovery tools Background in performance marketing or paid media Existing creator relationships in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle niches Experience with contract negotiation and legal compliance Competitive salary + performance bonus Remote-friendly with optional Atlanta HQ access Health, dental, and vision insurance Unlimited PTO $1,000 annual learning budget Access to AI marketing tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
