Investment Banking Analyst - Austin, Texas

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join a growing Technology Investment Banking team. The Analyst will support M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments for technology companies across software, SaaS, fintech, IT services, cybersecurity, and other technology sectors. Location Location: Austin, TX Responsibilities Build financial models and valuation analyses. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials. Conduct industry, company, and market research. Support due diligence and transaction execution. Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics. Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1-3 years of investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, consulting, or related experience preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Interest in technology and high-growth companies.
