Job Title RN Resident – MedSurg Unit X C2 – September 2026 Location Monmouth Medical Center 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Department RN Residency Shift Evening Pay $48.29 per hour Program Overview One-year RN Residency program designed to transition new graduate nurses to professional practice through preceptor‑guided mentorship, continuing education, specialty foundational courses, ethical practice, safety focus, self‑care, and variable day/night shifts.
