Our Product Managers drive product design in close collaboration with our customers. You will work alongside a stellar team of product managers, product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver transformative, intuitive products. Be comfortable influencing others and collaborating with stakeholders.A skilled and curious researcher who puts users at the center of ideation, design and execution and who has the ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape research, as well as primary user research.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of SaaS product management experience.Track record in managing product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.3+ years experience working with Agile or Scrum teams .Track record of working independently, and resolving ambiguity.Consumer level proficiency of AI and LLM-powered technology. Other Qualifications2+ years experience in working with Talent Acquisition systems. High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customers’ needs. Excellent analytical abilities, including exploration, measurement, and monitoring.Strong Active Listening Skills with the ability to elicit requirements.A collaborative approach, seeking common ground to meet organizational goals.Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocateStrong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.Experience with Lovable, Claude, and Cursor AI tools a plus.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
