Bilingual  Fleet Lease Administrator | $21-23 .00 P/hr. |  Monday-  Wednesday 9am-5pm,  Thursday 8 am – 5 pm   and  Friday 8am – 3pm

• Schedule:   Monday- Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 3pm
• Thursdays – must be flexible to work past 5pm if needed.
• Location: Longwood, FL

Job Description: 

Our client is hiring a  Bilingual Fleet Lease Administrator for a well-established automotive fleet services company in the Orlando area. This position is ideal for someone with  a strong understanding of automotive mechanics who enjoys coordinating vehicle repairs, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple projects organized. You'll work closely with service, transportation, and operations teams to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, repaired, and prepared for sale or lease.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle inspections, mechanical repairs, and reconditioning activities 
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, repair histories, and inventory information 
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking clients regarding vehicle status and repair updates 
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on outstanding repairs and maintenance 
• Monitor inventory flow, vehicle timelines, and operational deadlines 
• Collaborate with mechanical, transportation, accounting, and operations teams to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the process

 

Qualifications: 

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (required)  
• Solid understanding of automotive mechanics, vehicle systems, or automotive service operations (required)  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills 
• High attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) 
• Automotive, fleet management, dealership, service advisor, or auction experience is highly preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
