Overview Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – Rosenberg, TX Rosenberg Health & Rehabilitation Center is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team in the Rosenberg area. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to determine mobility deficits, pain levels, and rehabilitation goals. Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address each resident\'s physical challenges. Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation per facility and regulatory standards. Participate in care planning meetings and provide recommendations for continued care. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
