THE ROLE

\n

As our Brand & Growth Manager for our Salon Professinal Divisoin, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that attract new salon partners, engage existing customers, and strengthen Eufora's presence in the professional beauty industry.

\n

\n

This role lives at the intersection of brand storytelling, content strategy, digital marketing, lead generation, and community building. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Creative, Education, and Sales teams to create compelling campaigns, activate our professional network, and turn engagement into business growth.

\n

\n

We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, writes exceptional copy, understands modern marketing tools and technologies, and knows how to turn strategy into action.

\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

Brand, Content & Digital Marketing

\n

\n
• Develop marketing and social media strategies that build awareness and engagement among hairstylists and salon owners.
\n
• Lead professional-facing content across social media, email, advertising, and digital campaigns.
\n
• Write compelling copy for campaigns, emails, social media, landing pages, and sales materials.
\n
• Develop creative concepts, messaging, and content briefs in collaboration with our Creative team.
\n
• Identify industry trends, salon challenges, and opportunities to create relevant, engaging content.
\n

Lead Generation & Nurturing

\n

\n
• Develop B2B campaigns that generate qualified salon leads and support new customer acquisition.
\n
• Build lead-nurturing campaigns using email marketing, automation, educational content, and digital channels.
\n
• Collaborate with Sales to create marketing resources, case studies, and campaigns that help convert prospects into customers.
\n
• Develop advertising concepts and messaging in collaboration with internal teams and media partners.
\n
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion to improve results.
\n

Community, Creators & Ambassadors

\n

\n
• Build and nurture relationships with Eufora educators, salon owners, hairstylists, ambassadors, and content creators.
\n
• Recruit and activate professional creators for social content, testimonials, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
\n
• Develop ambassador and affiliate initiatives that strengthen engagement and brand advocacy.
\n
• Turn the expertise and experiences of our professional community into authentic, engaging content.
\n

Education & Professional Communications

\n

\n
• Partner with Education to promote Eufora University, Advanced Academy, the Salon Owner Network, and professional events.
\n
• Develop campaigns that position education as a key benefit of partnering with Eufora.
\n
• Communicate product launches, promotions, education, and business-building opportunities to our salon community.
\n
• Coordinate campaigns and content with Marketing, Creative, Education, and Sales teams.
\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• 3–6+ years of experience in brand, content, digital, or growth marketing.
\n
• Professional beauty or salon industry experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
\n
• Strong understanding of social media, digital content, email marketing, and current marketing trends.
\n
• Experience with lead generation, nurturing, CRM systems like Hubspot, and marketing automation.
\n
• Proven success working with creators, influencers, ambassadors, or professional communities.
\n
• Ability to develop creative campaign concepts and execute projects from idea to launch.
\n
• Comfortable using AI, emerging technologies, and digital marketing tools.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to collaborate across teams.
\n
• Content creation and editing skillset is a strong preference. 
\n

WORK ENVIRONMENT

\n

This is a full-time, in-office position at Eufora's headquarters in Carlsbad, California, five days per week. Occasional weekend availability is required for company events and educational programs. Travel is minimal, if any.
