Marketing Director

Yibi Group is a leading OEM manufacturer and strategic partner for global luxury and fashion brands, specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-end stainless steel fashion jewelry and accessories. We are now seeking an experienced marketing professional to strengthen Yibi’s brand visibility and support business growth across North America. About the Role We are looking for a California-based Digital Marketing Manager to lead Yibi’s digital marketing strategy and execution for the North American jewelry market. You will connect our China-based teams with the North American market, communicate Yibi’s jewelry development and manufacturing capabilities, and support client acquisition among luxury, designer, and fashion jewelry brands. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the North American jewelry and luxury market. Manage social media, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and website content. Plan campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified business leads. Create content showcasing Yibi’s jewelry development, craftsmanship, materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards. Coordinate marketing activities between China-based teams and the North American market. Support business development through client presentations, campaigns, events, and market insights. Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations. Ensure all communications align with Yibi’s positioning and luxury industry standards. Qualifications 5+ years of digital marketing experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or luxury. Strong understanding of the North American jewelry market. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and major social media platforms. Experience in content strategy, digital campaigns, lead generation, and performance analysis. Experience collaborating with international teams is preferred. Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency is a plus. Required Skills Excellent communication, project-management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate across China and US Pacific time zones.
