Post Closing SpecialistOur client is a rapidly growing mortgage lending company. They are seeking a Post Closing Specialist to own loan delivery, purchase timelines, and post-closing issue resolution across investor and whole-loan channels. This individual is accountable for ensuring that funded loans are delivered accurately, purchased efficiently, and resolved effectively when issues arise. The role serves as the primary owner of investor delivery operations and rebuttals, as well as the main point of contact for correspondent sellers and institutional investors. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who has independently managed suspense pipelines, negotiated rebuttals, and understands how post-closing execution directly impacts cash flow, counterparty confidence, and risk management.
