Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for guidance. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, including leading clinicians. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in house, extra funds for additional training, 2 paid days for CEU events.
