Clinical Supervisor

Job SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and oversight of all administrative, clinical, and service functions of assigned clinical staff. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with community resources, supervising interns in coordination with other supervisors, and evaluating the performance of clinical staff.ScheduleMon/Tue/Wed 11 AM - 9 PM and Thursday 11 AM - 8 PM (4 day work week) OR Tuesday - Saturday, 2 day shifts, 2 evenings, and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PMEssential Responsibilities and MetricsProvide evidence and strength-based clinical supervision for at least 9 clinical staff and internsEvaluate the performance of assigned staff while assuring compliance with productivity requirements, assessments, and documentationMaintain 30-35% direct service productivity and caseload of clients to support productivity goal after 3 months onboarding period, as designated for the roleBe available to handle crisis requests for clinical and front office staffParticipate cooperatively and collaboratively in mandatory meetings, performance improvement activities, committee work, foster relationships with community resources, and when requested, attend mandatory in-servicesProficiency with confidentiality, HIPAA, client rights, safety, and infection control, incident and sentinel event reporting and personnel policiesMonitor and approve clinical staff workweek and vacation schedules such that the needs of the Center are coveredOther tasks and duties as assigned by Director including quarterly chart auditsQualificationsLicensed for independent clinical practice in the State of Illinois in mental health or related fieldWorking knowledge of best practices in clinical counseling in the field of mental healthDemonstrate competence in interdisciplinary and inter-agency collaborationMinimum of 2 years of progressive and successful clinical supervision experience preferable in an outpatient mental health settingDemonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skillsAdvanced oral and written communication skillsAbility to think critically and analytically and to problem solve in both short and long term contextsQualifications:Licensed for independent clinical practice in the State of Illinois in mental health or related fieldDemonstrate competence in interdisciplinary and inter-agency collaborationMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive and successful clinical supervision experience preferable in anoutpatient mental health settingDemonstrated administrative, supervisory, and organizational skillsAdvanced oral and written communication skillsAbility to think critically and analytically and to problem solve in both short and long term contextsWorking knowledge of best practices in clinical counseling in the field of mental health #J-18808-Ljbffr
