Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Location: Ocala, FL 34474

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our fabrication team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to accurately cut and produce parts according to drawings, specifications, and work orders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to cut and fabricate parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints, cut files, and work orders
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine preventative maintenance
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and production guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fabrication shop or CNC manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled 2nd shift hours
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment preferred
