Role Description The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Parc Provence is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the memory care and skilled nursing community. This on-site role, located in Creve Coeur, MO, oversees daily operations including resident care services, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives. The Administrator collaborates closely with clinical and therapy teams to ensure person-centered care, supports resident and family satisfaction, and maintains high standards of safety and performance. Day-to-day tasks include supervising department leaders, monitoring adherence to state and federal regulations, managing policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work culture. The role also involves community outreach, maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, and participating in strategic planning to improve services and outcomes. Qualifications Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in Missouri, with a strong understanding of long-term care and memory care regulations. Leadership and management abilities in senior care settings, including team supervision, performance coaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Knowledge of geriatric care, dementia and memory care best practices, and familiarity with restorative and rehabilitative therapies. Operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, staffing, resource allocation, and quality improvement processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging residents, families, staff, and external partners in a professional, respectful manner. Ability to interpret and implement state, federal, and accreditation standards, ensuring ongoing compliance and survey readiness. Proven experience in resident-centered program development, customer service, and resolving concerns in a timely, empathetic way. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Previous experience as an Administrator within a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care community.
