Provides individualized rehab program to meet personal and family needs of patients. Position is responsible for outpatient classes. Position requires understanding of cardiovascular disease. Responsibilities Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, educational needs on admission. Individualizes patients plan of care. Performs no invasive cardiology tests. Documents patient care assessments. Performs related duties as required. Qualifications Required: ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) Education: Bachelor’s degree in EP or related exercise science field Licensure/Certification: BLS and ACLS Organization Description MetroWest Medical Center has been serving the community since we opened as the first public medical facility in Framingham in 1893.
