Successful candidates will have experience preparing and filing pleadings, drafting client correspondence, performing document review, assisting with discovery, maintaining a calendar of docket events and deadlines, assisting in hearings and at trial and utilizing presentation technology. Candidates will be expected to manage a diverse caseload, including eminent domain and commercial litigation, and have flexibility to work overtime when necessary. Superior oral and written communication skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and at least one of the following criteria: (1) 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm; (2) Paralegal Certificate; (3) Certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
