SR. HR Manager

Full Steam Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a fast-paced food distribution center in Redlands, CA.

Location: Redlands, CA

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000/year

Schedule: TBD (AM Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a fast-paced food distribution center in Redlands, CA. This role will partner closely with operations leadership to support a high-volume workforce, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding in a high-volume DC environment
• Partner with operations leadership to support workforce planning and daily staffing needs
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor regulations
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to a warehouse/distribution setting
• Support performance management processes, coaching, and corrective actions
• Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping processes
• Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and productivity trends
• Lead safety culture initiatives in partnership with operations and safety teams
• Supervise and mentor HR staff and onsite support team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, required experience in a food distribution center or warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
• Experience managing high-volume, hourly workforces
• Proven ability to handle employee relations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
• Experience supporting multi-shift operations
