Director OF Infrastructure

To ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical services, the full-time salaried Director of IT Infrastructure will manage the implementation and support of secure enterprise information systems and oversee network and server operations in a healthcare technology environment. Key responsibilities Ensure consistent delivery of IT infrastructure services and operations according to service level agreements Provide daily leadership to network, DBA, and server teams, including supervision and resource management Plan, design, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Information Management Minimum eight years of progressive experience in similar positions, with at least five years in a management role Experience in IT management within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Service Provider organizations Expertise in LAN/WAN, server and network management, and data center technologies Strong experience with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, F5, SQL products, and familiarity with Azure and AWS
