Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of care management service lines.
• Enhance quality of member management through continuity of care and cost-effective practices.
• Promote whole person management, care integration, and case management.
• Conduct utilization reviews and care planning for in-patient and out-patient services.
