Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting preschool and Child Find initiatives across a dynamic district setting. This full-time, onsite role centers on delivering exceptional speech-language pathology services to a varied caseload, with cases ranging from evaluation-heavy assignments to ongoing therapy with larger groups, depending on departmental needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Active state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Current SLP Educator Certificate
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred, especially with preschool or early childhood populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, including initial and ongoing evaluations for preschool-age students and Child Find referrals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on communicative needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district and state regulations
• Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student development and access to curriculum
• Flex between higher caseloads and additional evaluation duties as allocated
