Mount Sinai Medical Center, a premier independent, not-for-profit academic medical center located in the heart of Miami Beach, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Breast Surgeon to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary cancer care team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and growing breast surgery program within a Commission on Cancer Accredited institution, offering access to cutting-edge care, clinical trials, and a highly collaborative practice environment.

Position Highlights

\n
• Full-spectrum breast surgery practice
\n
• Formal fellowship training in Breast Surgery and/or Surgical Oncology is required
\n
• Join a team of fellowship-trained breast surgeons, plastic reconstructive surgeons, and advanced practice providers
\n
• Opportunities for clinical research and teaching within our ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency Program
\n
• Minimal call responsibilities and a strong support infrastructure
\n

• Multidisciplinary Cancer Care :

• Dedicated breast radiologists, medical and radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, and APPs
\n
• Breast nurse navigators guiding patients through diagnosis and treatment
\n
• High-risk breast clinic and survivorship programs
\n
• Palliative care services, dietitians, social workers, PT/OT for lymphedema, and financial counselors
\n
• Weekly multidisciplinary Breast Tumor Board
\n
\n
• Epic EMR for seamless communication across departments
\n
• Academic Environment with teaching and mentorship opportunities
\n
