Registered Nurse - Psych | Nashua, NH, United States | Start 07/27/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,214-$2,326 per week | Guaranteed hours 36 per week | Shift: 3x12 Nights (7p-7a) | Travel - Temporary Assignment | Geropsychiatric Unit in a hospital setting

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care on the Geropsychiatric Unit, including assessment, monitoring, and timely reporting of patient condition changes
- Perform mental and physical health assessments, maintain accurate patient histories and progress reports
- Administer medications and treatment plans per physician orders; monitor for adverse reactions and report as needed
- Facilitate the therapeutic milieu with daily groups, education, and 1:1 interactions; assist patients with daily activities
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary treatment team; support discharge planning
- Complete all required documentation promptly, including admissions, assessments, progress notes, and discharge paperwork to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or diploma from a 3-year nursing program required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Licensure: Valid State of New Hampshire RN license
- Certification: BLS certification required
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Skills/Capabilities: Strong mathematical/analytical skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to work effectively in a geropsychiatric setting
