EXECUTIVE STAFF COORDINATOR

Summary You will serve as an EXECUTIVE STAFF COORDINATOR within the OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL. Responsibilities You will coordinate with principal staff, special staff, subordinate Commanders, Tenant Commanders, and higher Headquarters on major and sensitive issues pertaining to the Executive Staff. You will directly supervise and oversee the staff functions of Commanding General's Office. You will identify problems, conflicting priorities, deficiencies, and potential problem areas with time management of the Executive Staff. You will provide administrative and technical guidance as well as policy/procedure interpretation on execution of tasks. You will ensure that new technical and managerial plans and programs are coordinated within the executive level command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Exercising professional judgement, initiative, executive level management, executive level direction and expectation AND planning for short-and-long term operations for executive staff.
