Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned, passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher for the 4 year old children. As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula that promote early childhood education, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. We encourage a mix of learning through play, hands on activities as well as more conventional teaching approaches. Your leadership will guide a team of educators and support staff to create a positive, inclusive space where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Duties

• Develop and implement age appropriate comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that supports the social and emotional development of all preschool children.
• Manage daily classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and individualized learning plans to ensure each child's developmental progress.
• Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support early intervention initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high-quality classroom management and instructional practices.
• Conduct assessments to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, lesson plans, and compliance documentation in accordance with childcare regulations.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Proven experience in curriculum development across diverse early childhood settings including daycare, preschool, or private schools.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to nurture positive behavior management techniques.
• Expertise in working with children with special education needs and implementing inclusive teaching practices.
• Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, teaching physical education methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that promote holistic growth.
