Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,047 - $4,211 per month (Steps 1-3)


Full CSU Classification Salary Range: $4,047 - $5,896 per month

• This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.

The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary


Under the general supervision of the University Registrar and the Assistant Registrar of Academic Records, the position involves a wide range of moderate to complex clerical and technical assignments involving the involving the processing of retroactive withdrawals, academic standing updates, student information updates, enrollment verifications, grade corrections, incomplete grade extensions, and other student record or grade related forms. This position provides customer service to faculty, staff, students, and the general public. The coordinator will also assist the Assistant Registrar of Records with incoming and outgoing electronic transcript processing. The Records team is responsible for the processing of all incoming and outgoing official transcripts.

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and others both within and outside the university
• Learn and interpret a wide variety of complex policies and procedures and support the mission of the department, school, and university
• Independently organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and projects
• Use and quickly learn new office support technology systems and software packages

Education and Experience

• Completion of a high school diploma, technical/vocational program or their equivalent combined with three years of general office experience
