ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team based in Tacoma, WA.

Pay Range: $21.73 - $25.00/hour Schedule: Set 4-10 schedule with opportunity for OT and after hours on-call rotation

What You'll Do As A Water Restoration Technician:

• Clean structures due to damage from water damage event
• Extract water from water affected structures
• Demolish water affected materials
• Monitor equipment throughout drying process
• Restore peace of mind for our customers

What We Ask Of Water Restoration Technicians:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to enter data into computers or tablets.
• Desire to be a strong part of a team to help reach daily production goals
• Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
• Be willing to work in crawl spaces and attics
• Must report to work at our warehouse in Tacoma

The Water Restoration Technician Must Be Someone Who:

• Has a strong desire to be part of a team to help reach daily production goals
• Exhibits a critical thinking aptitude
• Pays sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrates the ability to lead

Preferred But Not Required Qualifications:

• Construction experience
• IICRC certifications
• Industry experience such as water/restoration experience
