As an IT Support Specialist I, you’ll provide hands-on and remote technical support, help new hires get set up for success on day one, and ensure everyday tech just works. You’ll play a key role in delivering a reliable, secure, and positive end-user technology experience across the organization.In long, as an IT Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices and remote locations by:Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, hardware, and network connectivity issuesDiagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues both remotely and onsiteManaging, prioritizing, and documenting support tickets with clear and timely communicationConfiguring and deploying new computers using standardized builds and endpoint management toolsSetting up and supporting employee workstations, including desks, docking stations, monitors, and peripheralsSupporting onboarding and offboarding processes related to IT equipmentTroubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting conference rooms and AV systemsProviding real-time meeting support and escalating AV or vendor issues when neededSupporting physical security systems such as access controls and camerasTracking hardware inventory and managing the device lifecycleAssisting with patching, updates, and endpoint compliance to maintain system health and security standardsDocumenting resolutions, processes, and recurring issues to continuously improve support efficiencyMinimizing conference room downtime through proactive testing and rapid issue resolutionEnsuring new hires have fully functional equipment and desk setups on day oneSo What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced team environmentA strong problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things outA customer-focused professional who communicates clearly and patiently with employees at all technical levelsA reliable teammate who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ballSomeone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and values good documentationThe Specifics.1+ year of experience troubleshooting and providing technical supportHigh school diploma or equivalent work experienceStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environmentsExperience supporting hardware and basic networking issuesExperience working in a ticketing system and managing competing prioritiesExcellent customer service and communication skills in a corporate environmentNice To Have.Microsoft Intune and AutopilotApple Business Manager and Jamf (or similar MDM tools)Citrix environmentsLenovo and Apple hardware supportLogitech conference and collaboration toolsVerkada access controls and camera systemsMicrosoft 365 administration (Admin Center, user and license management)So What About the Perks?
