Senior Human Resources Manager Full-time Springfield, MO, US 14 days ago Requisition ID: 2849 SRC Industrial is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the sole HR leader for our growing manufacturing facility of approximately 95 employees. Reporting directly to the General Manager and serving as a key member of the leadership team, this position will lead all human resources functions while helping shape the organization's workforce strategy, culture, and long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys both hands‑on HR leadership and strategic business partnership. What You’ll Do Lead all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee development. Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on employee and organizational matters. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives. Support a safe, compliant, and high‑performing work environment. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification required. 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operational environments. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
