Senior Quality Engineer – Springfield, MO
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead continuous improvement and maintain top-quality standards within our manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee product quality, process capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure manufacturing operations comply with ISO standards and support audit preparation.
Maintain document control, root cause analysis, and design of experiments processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO compliance, audit preparation, and document control.
Proficiency with SPC, RCA, and DOE.
Certification as CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
