Swiss Setup Operator Weekend

Join a growing precision manufacturing team in Elk River, MN! We're seeking an experienced Swiss Setup Operator / Programmer to operate Swiss-type CNC machines in a fast-paced, clean, and innovative environment. This is a great opportunity for skilled operators who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values precision and quality.

Location: Elk River, MN

Wage: $18 - $28/hr. (based on experience and skill level)

Hours:

Day shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, Friday - Sunday
Night shift: 5:30 pm - 6:00 am, Friday - Sunday
(Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!)

Duties of the Swiss setup operator weekend:

Set up and operate Swiss-type CNC machines (Star, Tsugami, or Citizen)
Program machines and make adjustments as needed to meet production requirements
Monitor operations to ensure high-quality parts
Utilize precision measurement tools to verify part specifications
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements of the Swiss setup operator weekend:

Experience on Swiss CNC machines required (Star, Tsugami, or Citizen)
Programming experience preferred (PartMaker or Gibbs a plus)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow
