Certified Case Manager Registered Nurse - CCM RN Position:
- Pay rate: $3495 to $4015 per week.
- 13-week assignment, 5 8 hour Days
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years experience in discharge planning, utilization review, as well as supervisory experience.
- CCM Certified, PRI Certification required.
- New York State Registered Nurse licensure.
