Accountability: Lead by example and keep everyone on track. Guest Delight: Deliver mouthwatering BBQ experiences that exceed expectations. Complaint Resolution: Transform guest concerns into positive outcomes. Administrative: Manage behind-the-scenes duties effectively. Financial: Understand how sizzle and costs impact the bottom line. Minimum Qualifications Have, or be able to acquire, Food Manager Certification and TABC Certification Attend shifts according to schedule and in proper uniform Able to stand for 10–12 hours Able to lift items up to 65 pounds, and to reach, bend, squat, stoop, and carry as needed Follow instructions and perform duties accurately and efficiently Good hearing for accurate communication Ability to multi-task effectively Complete Smokey Mo’s BBQ Manager Training Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email) Compensation $50,000 – $60,000 yearly salary #J-18808-Ljbffr Smokey Mos BBQ
