Direct Hire Structure Fitter Welder Night shift

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Job Summary:
As a Structure Fitter Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication and assembly of our thermal management products. Utilizing your expertise in structural fitting and welding, you will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the precise and secure installation of key structural components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to accurately fit and weld structural steel elements
- Perform layout, cutting, and fitting of structural steel components
- Execute high-quality welding to join structural steel elements according to specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication or assembly issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control standards

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a structural fitter and welder
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, measuring devices, and welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in structural welding (e.g., AWS D1.1) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions:
This position will be based in an industrial manufacturing facility or on active construction sites. The work environment may involve exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, may be required to meet production deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
