The Role

This is an Acquisitions role ( sales – you will be buying homes on our behalf)

You’re not managing from the sidelines.

You’re:

• Running appointments
• Talking to real sellers
• Closing deals 

If you can produce, there is a path to prosperity

If you can’t — this won’t work.

What This Actually Looks Like

• 2-4 in-person appointments per day
• 80–100 calls per day  
• 2 offers per day minimum
• 2 contracts per week target

You’ll work:

• Inbound opportunities
• Outbound opportunities (40–50% of your activity)

No fluff. No hiding.

Compensation

• $150K–$200K is realistic

• Per-deal earnings
• Weekly payouts (rolling average)
• No ceiling

You eat what you produce.
