Talent Acquisition Lead
Gold & Aron is a boutique executive search firm. We are recruiting on behalf of our client: a lean, profitable, and fast-growing company executing a deliberate pivot toward AI-powered creator marketing intelligence.
Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Lead to build their cultural and hiring engine from scratch. This role offers high ownership, direct access to the CEO, and the opportunity to define talent strategy and performance frameworks from scratch.
Mandate
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, customer success, and operations, aggressively hunting for exceptional passive talent.
- Establish interview and scorecard systems to ensure hiring decisions are fast, consistent, and defensible.
- Build the company-wide KPI framework and dashboards so every team member knows exactly what winning looks like.
- Design 30/60/90-day onboarding plans that drive productivity and cultural alignment from day one.
- Build foundational HR infrastructure as the company scales (leveling, documentation, and compliance basics).
- Partner with the CEO to define talent benchmarks and surface organizational themes honestly and promptly.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of fast-tracked experience across recruiting and/or people operations.
- A talent hunter who knows how to source unique, niche profiles in the market
- Resourceful, self-sufficient, and excited by creating strategic talent playbooks rather than inheriting them.
- Data-comfortable, able to build KPI dashboards, read the numbers, and focus on the metrics that drive team health.
- Strong human intuition and can read talent accurately and objectively, acting with clarity on performance or alignment gaps.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a direct and impactful approach.
- Nice to have: Prior experience as an early People/HR hire, or recruiting within AI, data, martech, or creator economy platforms.
