What You'll Bring

2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with:

• Customer billing and invoicing
• Collections
• Cash applications
• Account reconciliations

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP

ERP system experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills

What You'll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes by:

• Auditing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Researching and resolving client billing inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Processing credit card payments and customer credits
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• Managing collections activities and maintaining customer account balances
• Generating accurate client statements and account reports
• Processing invoice billing with a high degree of accuracy
• Applying payments and performing cash application activities
• Monitoring aging accounts and reducing outstanding receivables
• Conducting account audits and data reviews to maintain data integrity
• Managing a high volume of collection correspondence and follow-up activities
• Collaborating with accounting team members and cross-functional partners
• Meeting deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
• Providing additional support to the accounting team as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
