Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Veteran Disability Assessments

Location: Sparks, NV
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Caseload: 3–5 Veterans per day
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Description

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process.

This role includes:

Conducting focused, in-person physical exams.
Reviewing medical records.
Completing VA documentation.
Providing medical opinions based on your findings.

No treatment or medication prescribing is required. The VA makes the final disability determination.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Strong time management.
