Assistant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading crews in the field, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to TopDawg standards. You’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, support team performance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Pay & Benefits $20–$27 per hour based on experience. Daily customer tips (field jobs). Performance-based bonuses. Paid training. Career advancement opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing Support daily scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination. Assist in leading and supervising crews in the field. Step in to help with customer communication and issue resolution. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Help train and develop team members on company standards and procedures. Oversee truck readiness, equipment, and job supplies. Provide on‑site support, including estimates and job walkthroughs when needed. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Support management with reporting, performance tracking, and operations improvement. What Makes You a Great Fit You are reliable, organized, and take initiative. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry heavy items when needed in the field. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong leadership, customer service, or operations experience preferred. Experience in moving, junk removal, construction, or logistics is a plus, but not required. Why TopDawg?
