About the Position

As a B2B Sales Consultant , you will develop new business relationships with small and medium-sized businesses within an assigned territory.

This is a field-based sales position that involves prospecting, networking, conducting face-to-face meetings, presenting supplemental insurance benefits, developing new accounts, and building long-term business relationships.

You'll have the opportunity to compete against your own goals, measure your progress, sharpen your skills through coaching, and build a career based on your performance.

Former athletes often understand that success doesn't happen overnight. It takes preparation, consistency, accountability, and the ability to bounce back after a setback. Those same qualities are valuable in this role.

You'll educate business owners and employees about supplemental insurance benefits designed to provide additional financial protection.

Your job is to build relationships, understand client needs, explain available benefits, and help businesses make informed decisions about supplemental coverage.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation with monthly bonuses. Typical first-year earnings for successful producers are approximately 65,000–80,000, depending on individual sales performance.

Your results will depend on your ability to develop new business, build relationships, and consistently execute your sales process.

Your Daily Game Plan

• Prospect for new business and develop a consistent sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and employees
• Present supplemental insurance products and explain available benefits
• Build new accounts and expand your presence within your assigned territory
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and business decision-makers
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
• Work toward established production goals and monitor your progress
• Apply coaching and feedback to continually improve your performance
• Participate in training, team events, and professional development

A sales or insurance background is helpful but not required. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the business and build your skills.
