Senior Marketing Manager

To support a growing health-tech startup, the full-time Senior Marketing Manager will independently own the end-to-end strategy and execution of product marketing and sales enablement, focusing on pipeline generation and competitive differentiation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Independently manage the product marketing and sales enablement function, driving strategy, execution, and optimization to enhance pipeline generation and win rates Shape and execute the content marketing strategy, including product launch planning and development of sales materials, prioritizing initiatives based on commercial impact Translate complex industry trends into clear differentiation and messaging improvements to enhance marketing positioning and sales effectiveness Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years in a startup or high-autonomy environment Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare technology sector is preferred Proven ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, particularly in product marketing and content development Strong track record of managing multiple complex projects independently and in parallel Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows and enhance output efficiency
