Experience within the chemical, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. Proven customer-facing experience in scientific sales, business development, technical support, or account management. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical information. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
