Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hr DOE
Employment Type: W2 Temporary (Full time hours)

Position Overview:

This is a great opportunity with a well-established manufacturer known for delivering precision and quality at every stage of production. They are seeking a Shipping & Receiving II professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where inventory accuracy and timely shipments are critical to success.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and products against packing slips and purchase orders

• Prepare, package, and process outbound shipments while ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

• Create shipping labels, packing lists, certifications, and other shipping documentation using company systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Accurately enter inventory transactions, shipment information, weights, and quantities into the ERP/MRP system

• Investigate and report discrepancies involving shipments, inventory counts, damaged materials, or receiving documentation

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and routine stock verification activities

• Coordinate with internal departments, carriers, and vendors to support timely movement of materials and finished goods

• Organize and maintain shipping, receiving, and storage areas to support safety and operational efficiency

• Follow established procedures for material handling, inventory control, and quality requirements

• Support general warehouse and logistics activities as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience

• Experience using ERP/MRP, warehouse management, or inventory systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move up to 50 pounds
