Tender Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Tenders, the Tender Specialist receives submission requests and prepares offers for North American clients. Main responsibilities include receiving submission requests from clients and preparing the file, preparing the submission in collaboration with the engineering and procurement teams, receiving client orders and executing the transfer to the project management team, and communicating the progress of offers to the client on a regular basis.
Required qualifications include three years of experience in customer service, three years of experience in submission preparation, experience in an industrial environment, proficiency in an ERP (preferably SAP), and bilingualism in French/English. You must have legal authorization to work in Canada, and any job offer is conditional upon successful pre-employment verification.
Desired characteristics include knowledge of Salesforce, excellent customer service skills, good planning and organizational skills, a sense of urgency, ability to make quick decisions, collaboration, communication, and influencing ability, and being rigorous, versatile, and able to work under pressure.
