Licenses/Certifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience: Prior home healthcare experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits:

Pay: Compensation per service completed, ranges from $5 to $100 per setup/service (pay package discussed upon application)
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes

What You'll Do:

Conduct patient assessments and deliver respiratory or nursing care in home settings
Prepare and execute patient treatment plans per physician orders
Document patient encounters accurately and timely
Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care delivery
Educate patients and family members on treatment procedures and health management
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Support consistent, scheduled visits within Eugene and surrounding communities

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or RN (Registered Nurse) license
Reside within 30 miles of Eugene, OR
Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

Previous home healthcare experience
Strong communication and patient-centered skills
